| JXD S908 Venus... just a quick test: JXD S908 Venus is a budget slate with some very appealing specs, that include a Retina Display and an Allwinner CPU. JXD is famous for its gaming consoles that mimic the design of the PSP, but also for low cost Android slates. The latest model is the JXD S908 Venus, that's already up for preorder in China for about $200. Just like many other Chinese slates, the device packs an aluminum case and inside we find a quad core Allwinner A31 1 GHz processor and SGX544MP2 GPU. There's also 2 GB of RAM DDR3, 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot (32 GB max) and an amazing Retina 9.7 inch display. |
