Here's a comparison of the Nokia Lumia 900 vs Lumia 800 The Nokia Lumia 900 has a 4.3-inch display versus the 3.7-inch on the 800. Both have Gorilla glass so they're hard to break or scratch. They have the same resolution 800 x 480 pixels, so things look bigger on the Lumia 900, like the bigger keyboard. The Nokia Lumia 900 has a flat glass display instead of the curved glass on the Lumia 800. The curved glass feels better to touch. Also, display nerds are going to notice that the Nokia Lumia 900 does not have a pentile screen. The Nokia Lumia 800 does. I really can't see the difference, but you might. Overall, the Nokia Lumia 900 is taller and wider, but it is 0.6mm thinner than the Lumia 800. The Nokia Lumia 900 has an 1830mah battery. The Nokia Lumia 800 has 1450mAH battery. THe top of the phones have different designs. There's no microUSB cover on the 900 so just plug in. There's a door on the Nokia Lumia 800 that might bend or break if you're not careful. You'll need a pin to open the microsim card tray for the Nokia Lumia 900. Both of these devices on the video are the global versions. The Nokia Lumia 900 supports HSPA+ 42Mbps for 850/900/1900/2100 3G frequencies. The Nokia Lumia 800 has HSPA supporting only up to 14.4Mbps. The global version of the Nokia Lumia 800 does not support 850MHz 3G frequency. The Nokia Lumia 900 has a front facing 1 megapixel camera. I'm surprised it captures 720p HD video at 30fps just like the camera on the back. Both phones have an 8-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and dual LED flash. They both capture 70p HD video at up 30 frames per second. The Nokia Lumia 900 has a gyroscope. It is missing on the Nokia Lumia 800. Both devices have two microphones. It is visible on top of the Nokia Lumia 900, but you might miss it on the Nokia Lumia 800. It's right next to the dual LED flash. Talking about software, Internet sharing appears on the Nokia Lumia 900, but not on the Nokia Lumia 800. Maybe a software update will add that feature to the Lumia 800. I also notice a rubber band effect when scrolling on the Nokia Lumia 900. Scrolling on the Nokia Lumia 800 is instant. I notice a slight delay on the Nokia Luma 900. Perhaps it is due to the bigger display. I'd want Nokia to increase the sensitivty in a future update. I hope this comparison helps you make a better buying decision.
