| Bassoon P1000 is a clone of JXD P1000s and the 9" version Bassoon P2000 is a clone of the JXD P9100 Product review P1000 phablet with android 4.1 and mtk6515 but ships with 4.2.2 and mtk6572 with no otg host function. Bassoon P1000 Bassoon P2000 JXD P1000s JXD P9100 The fake Samsung P2000 has the MTK6575 chip and should be avoided. The firmware can be downloaded from the Bassoon web site version v027 ebay seller I purchased mine from *******************WARNING *************** Many of these Phablets are being advertised with the old specification but the tablet that is sent has the new specification. Even the basson web site still has the old specs' This tablet phablet has Bluetooth dual sim cell phone wi-fi FM radio functions, it does NOT have GPS or OTG host function I wrote many emails to the Bassoon web site and JXD seb site for help in sorting out why the specification had changed but the response was crap. The JXD support people did NOT reply to any emails and the Bassoon support people did reply but only minimal help. Both web sites do have Firmware available for download but none that would fix the OTG problem because they said it was the MTK 6572 CPU that does not support OTG functions. |
